Since the establishment of the company (2000), SLOVKOR-M has been engaged in records management – document storage solutions and later on in mobile data destruction .
The Hard drives destruction is carried out in accordance with Act No. 79/2015 Coll., Amending Act no. 223/2001 Coll. About Waste (Also known as Slovak WEEE recast implementation). The company acts in accordance with the aforementioned laws and decrees in cooperation with the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic and provides methodological support in the given activity.
The generally binding legal regulations for the records management are Act no. 395/2002 Coll., On Archives and Registeries and on the amendments of certain Acts and amending Decree of MV SR No. 628/2002-Coll. of Laws
